Manufacturing Process
- Discarded cartons, newspapers, and magazines are pulped
- Impurities are separated from the pulp slurry.
- The pulp is moulded into the precision design and is further dried
- Moulded trays are pressed for accurate finishing.
- Edges of the trays are trimmed
- For speciality products, the parts may undergo a variety of after-pressing, debossing or special treatments.
